Deck area has a sitting area, eating area, and a grill. Privacy for all through separate access to bathroom. Laundry room shared with unit below. Early Check-in/Late Check out available for a fee. Rates and Availability are subject to change until reservation is completed. A deposit must be received in order to reserve the dates you desire. Pets- Non-Aggressive breeds, vaccinated & current on a flea prevention program allowed only with prior approval. What a place! We were spoiled and would not rent a place without a golf cart anymore! It is now a must! The space was very well thought out. The hot tub and the surrounding yard space was fantastic as well. All the little touches went a long way. Not to mention it is second row with a fantastic view of the water and it is across the street from a massage center. Getting around was very convenient. I would highly recommend! ##### JARED S. The house is on a busy street so sitting out on the deck isn’t quiet but the view makes up for it. You do have to cross the busy street to get to the beach. We loved having access to the golf cart, the seatbelts definitely need replaced. Half the time they got stuck and/or didn’t work.
