The main living area on the second floor features a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with balcony access and a bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunkbeds and a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom features a TV and crisp linens from our professional linen service. Towels are also provided. Relax and unwind in the private heated pool and hot tub, complete with Adirondack lounge chairs for ultimate comfort. The security alarm door feature to enter the backyard by the pool was such a relief when booking & being there due to having small nephews with us. The house is amazing with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and fun places to hang out. It had an arcade game that we used to play as kids (frogger, Pac man, donkey Kong), so that was super fun as a 50th party! It was so close to the beaches, bars and restaurants. Everything was very clean and had enough space for everyone! We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces with such nice weather. With views of the ocean walking distance to all the stores and restaurants we would be hard pressed to stay anywhere else! ##### Tim J. The house had great amenities for a large group, more than enough plates, glasses, silverware, towels. Kitchen was reasonably equipped with pots/pans, otherwise there were no leftover spices or oils to use so be prepared to bring or buy-same for dish/dishwasher soap, detergent, trash bags. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage which was helpful. The outdoor shower was also great for rinsing off! Beds were squeaky, this was annoying but not a reason to avoid. We all had a very positive experience partly due to the wonderful house and all it’s amenities as well as it’s convenient location to restaurants, shops and beaches. Séjour de 7 nuits en février 2021 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Voyageur vérifié 1 févr. 2021 #### Good house but not our favorite We were so excited to stay here, but we definitely felt that the photos of the house looked much better online than they did in person. The pool is much much smaller than we expected, so for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids that made it tough for all of us to enjoy at the same time. The pool gets hardly any sun so that was a bummer too. The entertaining area and kitchen are great and equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The pool light wasn’t working and maintenance came and fixed that about 4 days into our stay. We were doing laundry and noticed the washer was filled with mold. They sent a cleaning crew the following day to clean it, but they didn’t clean it well and there was still a lot of old in the washer. Not something I want passing through my clothes and my kids clothes. Location is awesome and you can get to a lot of places, restaurants and shops in a few minutes. The rooftop deck is amazing, but had several boards that are sticking about 2 inches up, and someone tripped on them. Lots of little things that should easily be fixed around the house, but surprised they weren’t already fixed. The house could’ve been cleaned better. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the house, but I think we will pass on this in the future. ##### Voyageur vérifié Séjour de 6 nuits en janvier 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Taryn C. 25 déc. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Great Location and Great House We loved the house and the location. Short walk to the beach and downtown area. Perfect little town to give our 13-year-olds some space and independence. The only set back was the pool/hot tub. It was very small and the heater never worked. I contacted property management several times and no one came to fix it or follow up. It was Thanksgiving week, so that could have been the issue, but I started contacting them on Sunday prior to Thanksgiving and still nothing. We didn't use the pool or hot tub at all and having a pool was one of our requirements when selecting the vacation home. The good new was, that we were so close to the beach that we didn't need the pool and the weather was perfect, thankfully. Prior to the pool incident and our arrival, the property management company was very responsive to all of our questions. All in all, great house, great location, great beach town...but if a pool is important to you, I'd skip this one. ##### Taryn C.
