"Problem was not with the hotel itself but with Expedia. Website shows only beach front/sides, no mention this is a timeshare, nor garden rooms across the street! I booked a room, expecting and paying for beach accommodations. At check in I was told we had a garden room, across the busy street, second floor, no elevator. Since we are an older (80+), this was a real problem! I later learned all the units were occupied by the owners, Expedia only has 2 units available to rent. Resort itself was nice, our unit was well furnished and clean. I will never again use Expedia! If we had not had to pay in full at booking, and cancellation date had passed we would have certainly found another place. I replied to your email regarding revising my review. It is very obvious that I did not mention the rate, personal information and used no profanity. I can naturally assume you will not publish is because I did not give Expedia a glowing review!"
