Plus a private white sand beach just across the street with two heated pools. A private pergola with amazing ocean views and watercraft rentals. Beach chairs are included at no extra charge. Restaurants, cafes, bars, gifts shops, grocery stores, boat/water craft activity rentals and Ice Cream shops are within a short walk. Manatees are known to a habitat the bay are during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean. Parking is included at no extra charge. There is a FREE island trolly that can take you around the island and a pick up/drop off location is right in front of the Tortuga Inn. Within the condo: the studio sleeps 4 comfortable. Queen bed with a pullout couch for additional sleeping. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, and plenty of closet space. A large bathroom, walk in shower with dual shower heads. Also includes basic cable and FREE wifi. Although this is a new property with out many reviews I do have two other properties so you can check my history as an owner. The listing ID's on VRBO are; 1626279 and 7850036\. This is also good to know if you have a large group and want to book multiple properties to stay close to one another. The properties are all at the Tortuga Inn. For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.
