Conveniently Located close to downtown. No stairs to climb.

The guest house is conveniently located just blocks from downtown Livingston. Easy walk to shops, diners, bars, art galleries and more. No stairs to climbs as it is all on one level. Comfortable kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator just like home. After all your adventures kick back in the 2 recliners and relax awhile. Two bedrooms with one queen bed each. One bathroom with a shower. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Access is from the alley as the guest house sits behind the owners home. Convenient incase you need anything. One parking spot in the alley otherwise on street parking.

Perfect little house for our 4 person family. We came to Livingston for an early Thanksgiving celebration with my brother and sister in law. And the kitchen was pwefwct to host them and had everything i needed. Tess was very welcoming, and we had a wonderful trip to Livingston.

This is really a great property and the host, Tess goes above and beyond with amenities.You can expect very comfortable beds, plush bath towels and a kitchen stocked with coffee, sugar, herbs, condiments and lovely dishes, flatware and cookware.It’s a “10”.

This charming house was very clean, and we ate in breakfasts and dinners every night but one. Appliances good, with plenty of top quality dishes. It has everything! Tess is very easy to work with and the pictures do not do this place justice. It’s charming with high end touches , very private and loads of space for two. Highly recommend and hope to book again next year.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. We have been camping for the past 10 days and the house provided the perfect respite before continuing to our campground in Yellowstone. The house and gardens are immaculate and beautifully done, the house is well stocked and the location is centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. We were able to catch up on our laundry and rest as well as explore the town of Livingston and its beautiful surroundings. Strongly recommend lulling the Yellowstone River. Communication with Tess was quick. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Vacation Home

This vacation home was very clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and the window air kept the small home very comfortable on warm summer days. My husband and I decided to opt for the convenience of staying in the town of Livingston instead of our usual rental out of town which provides the very best views of the mountains. The home is a little further from downtown than expected but is well within walking distance, however, the view of the mountains is obstructed. Parking in the alley with a large vehicle is a bit challenging but doable. I would recommend this home for a couple or small group of people.

Great Location

Just blocks from downtown, everything is walkable. The deck space was wonderful to sit at. The deck was surrounded by well tended, beautiful flowers. The blackout curtain in our bedroom made it incredibly dark and easy to sleep. Such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend

Such a great place to stay! We felt right at home immediately. House was super clean and had everything we needed for our short time in Livingston. A lot of personal touches made it really wonderful. Great Central Location

Perfect Place for our Stay

This was a great place for us to stay and go on little day trips around Livingston and the surrounding areas. It was very clean and comfortable and nice to be near downtown. Tess, the owner, is nearby to help with any questions and we enjoyed meeting her! We would definitely stay here again!
