Great place to stays for our family of 4 ski/snow board spring break trip. Easy check in and checkout. Host was very responsive. Had no issues during our stay. Very convenient location close to everything, and reasonably priced.
We came to visit our daughter at MSU. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make some home cooked meals for hungry college students. The house was near downtown, but not too close to you hear all the traffic.
We had a great short stay at Meagan's VRBO. She was easy to communicate with and always prompt with her responses. The home had everything we needed. We especially liked the patio and playing games which were provided by the host. Easy check-in and check-out. Thanks, Meagan!
This is a great house when you need a place to sleep while you are doing things in and around the Bozeman area. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom (only 1) is clean as is the kitchen. Not much of a yard to speak of so there isn't really a good place to spend time outside. But, it's about equi-distant from downtown and MSU campus.
Wonderful location. Close to Downtown Bozeman, Montana State University, restaurants, etc…
Home is in the process of some renovation.
Appears that some updates are being made.
Owner was very pleasant.
Wish the outdoor Grill was clean. Went to use it but it needs attention. Landscaping is also under repair. I would certainly consider this home again if it was complete of its renovation work.
Internet service was spotty and trying to figure out TV was a nightmare. The bathroom fan needs a good cleaning. Heat in the in bedrooms not consistant. The owner did put a great book together of history, things to do and places to eat. It was a bit much expecting us to wash sheets and towels which made leaving early unrealistic. Towels a common practice

No air conditioning! I’ll do pros and cons, but wanted to get that out of the way first.Pros: -Aside from the issues, the property is nice. Front yard is pretty, decor is fun. Furniture is interesting.-Bed was comfortable for me, mixed bag for the others.-My daughter loved the toys and puzzles. Cons:-The listing didn’t mention AC one way or the other, so it’s my fault that I didn’t notice it wasn’t listed under the amenities. I lived in Bozeman for 3 years with no AC, so I know exactly how brutal it can be even with “cool mountain air” (their words from the welcome email), and I didn't consider someone might charge so much without it. We lucked out that the dates we picked months in advance weren’t outrageously hot, but even then, we had to put quite a bit of work in moving around fans and putting my daughter to bed late so we could cool the place down enough to sleep. It was also hard on my heavily disabled dad. The check in email sent several days before stated the house had a portable AC unit that could be utilized. This was not true. We would have tried to change the reservation at that point if we had received the correct information. -Staff was zero help, just said sorry for the inconvenience and stopped replying to messages.-Miserable kitchen. The oven got too hot and everything came out both burned and raw. No sheet pans to cook on. My husband burned his finger THROUGH the hot pad and got a blister. No plastic cups/plates despite having a room for children.
