"Coffee maker in the room had some kind of fungus growing in it so I had to pay $4 for a cup of coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was overpriced at $22 a person, parking was a ridiculous $26 when it should’ve been free considering the cost of the room. And $8 for a single beer in the lobby. Rooms were nice, especially the lighting."

"Breakfast—delicious and plentiful, the room was roomy and very nice, the bathroom was nicer sized and there was plenty of room! I loved the two TVs. This allowed me to watch TV and my daughter to watch her shows. I didn’t like the swim lessons at the pool or the parking situation, and the balcony was so small and there was standing water on the floor due to the prior rain storm that made it unusable for our entire stay. The bar was shady as well. I went to order something for my daughter and there was a line. It closed at 10 pm and I finally got to the staff about 5 minutes before closing and they refused to take my order and told they were closed. After a long day of traveling and to turn away a child with time to spare—completely unprofessional and rude. I have never experienced this with Embassy before and hope to never ever again."

"Other than the issue I had with parking, my stay was very good. I’d like to recognize the front desk gentleman, Nick Sr. Not only was Nick courteous and professional, I feel he went beyond to make out stay comfortable. I think his quick thinking actions and demeanor are what all people in the service industry should strive for."

"Room could have been cleaned a bit better. Also room was for four people. Only blankets and pillows were on the bed. None for the pull out couch.only one shampoo and conditioner. Just had to ask for everything that’s usually there. Other than little things like that it was nice! Bed was super comfortable and breakfast exceeded my expectations. Pool was beautiful as well! Would definitely stay again."
