"The rates were too high for the conditions of the property. The place is old, smells, and needs to be remodeled/cleaned up. The staff was nice, very responsive, the beds were comfy and our room did have COLD AC which was great!"

"The house is beautiful, well maintained and clean. They had a great set of kitchenware which came in handy as we ate two meals at the house each day. They also had a pack and play, some kid toys and books as well as dishes and utensils for toddlers- again helpful as we have young kids. The hosts were responsive and answered any questions I had ahead of time well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe but also close to the main road so we could travel to Denver or Estes each day. We also had tons of bunnies in the yard that we enjoyed watching. Overall, great experience and would recommend their home to anyone interested. "

"The property is a nice, clean new build in a good neighborhood. We were looking for something close to a little bit of everything as we were there for a softball tournament and daytime adventures. You could reach any surrounding city in 15 - 20 minutes and 20 - 30 minutes from some great hikes. Colby was great at communicating with us and responding very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Had a great little vacation."
