"The first room the smoke detectors kept going off, had the room switched. The next room the Tv wasn’t working because of the snowstorm weather. Also, one of the elevators didn’t work. "

"Excellent property! Very clean, tastefully decorated, exactly as listed in a great neighborhood, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family of 4 was in town for a convention, and this fit our needs perfectly. We were super close to the venue and all the conveniences of shopping and restaurants. We also got the chance to getaway for day trips to Estes Park! The property owner was super responsive and took care of a minor repair as soon as we let him know. We would have appreciated a message 12-24 hours in advance with directions and our door code since we were flying in to Denver. However, as soon as we landed….I messaged the property owner for directions and door code and received almost an immediate response…..so really not a big issue at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would love to visit again! "
