"Breakfast was the usual, eggs & sausage, cereals, oatmeal, toppings. They had 2 waffle makers, pastries, yogurt, fruit. The rooms were comfortable, but the bathroom areas were a little small. Plenty of space in the lobby to relax and socialize with friends & family. There is no pool on site but can ask permission to use the one next door. We did have to go from 11:00am to 3:00pm on one of our days without water. It was an extremely hot day, so we had to go find something indoors to do during the time without a restroom. There was no compensation for being without water in your room during that time. We also didn't realize you had to pay to park through a third-party vendor. We paid $10 per day"

"Room was clean, staff did a great job of keeping it clean. Staff were nice and helpful. A/c was incredible despite the 111F heat outside. It kept our room very comfortable after going to the nearby parks with the kids. Their pool is open till 11pm which was awesome for the kids. Only thing I can say something a lil negative about is the lack of grip on the tiles around the indoor pool. You gotta be careful or you'll slip and slide. Overall, it was a great stay."

"I loved it here and I would glady come back. Customer service was very efficient, fast, and friendly. I rented two rooms that were connected to each other. Both rooms were very neat and clean. Our microwave did not work, I called customer service and a nice gentleman brought in a new one immediately. I love the free breakfast. They had hot and cold foods. It was fresh and delicious. I also love the free self parking, the out door hot tub and pool. I love the two sinks in each room. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash made me feel fresh, clean, and smooth. It was quiet and away from the streets. Most of all, I love the extra warm blanket they provide in the rooms for those who get cold easily. My only concern for this place was the maintenance. One of our sink did not drain properly and both of our microwave did not work, but one did got replaced. Thank you Best Western Golden Key for a stressless stay. :D "
