« It was a beautiful clean facility with very nice and helpful. Room was very nice as was the breakfast. »

« Elevator was broken when we arrived. They only had one. Had to climb to the 4th floor with luggage. Room was not super clean, moved an ottoman and there was all kinds of trash and food underneath. Pillows are horrible, might as well not even have them. Had to go buy our own pillows. »

« Clean room great staff good food Had a problem with the latch in the bathroom and they immediately put us in a different room and gave a discount. Love Drury Inn!! »

« We booked a room with a king size bed. All king size rooms have outside entrances. Wasn't great, but was clean. Staff was not super friendly. 2nd night we returned to our room to find water coming in under the wall, floor was wet. They moved us to another room, which, of course involved packing, moving and unpacking at 11:30 at night. I expected a refund of some sort. At checkout, I was told that they would talk to manager and let me know. Said they'd call me in about an hour. Never called. Bad...

« We needed more sheets and pillows for our kids and they were very quick to bring more. The hotel smelled very clean and was clean everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing that was disappointing was we were hoping to swim and somehow I mixed up the location and this hotel only has an outdoor pool. »
