"Well I arrived at 2:02, my fault 52 minutes before check in at 3, they tried to add 27.50 to my bill. So I stood around, no one else checked in in the 58 minutes and the staff just sat and played with the phone. I was given a room on the highway and may have been the loudest room I have ever slept in at a hotel. The smell of marijuana filled the fifth floor hall. The rooms TV could not be turned off and needed to have the remote reset...the staff two different men could not do anything. I had to unplug the tv and its one station, this looks as if it has been an ongoing problem as the tv was unplugged when I got there. I did not stay for breakfast and the long term housing guests did not seem problematic. My room was older and dated and clean. I stay in many budget hotels and do not complain often, I was very unhappy here."

"This is a budget hotel and fits the bill for a one or 2 night stay. No frills. Good bar and grill right next to the property. It is clean and safe for a short stay"

The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything we needed in Concord. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"The breakfast menu is typical, lots of eggs, yoghurt, waffles. Staff was unfailingly polite and well groomed. There is parking, and the Uber drivers know where to pick you up."
