Tres moyen!

Une nuit passée ds cet hôtel. Personnel tres agréable et très professionnel, surtout en arrivant à 1h du matin ds la nuit du 3 au 4 août 2024, mais - une des 3 chambres avait une tres mauvaise odeur en arrivant ( odeur de moisissure, renfermée), - chambres côté rue bruyantes, - insonorisation quasi inexistante - petit déjeuner très très basique. Pas top pour un 4 etoiles.

Accueil et service très agréable, super literie, tout était neuf et récent, rideaux occultants, salle de bain top.... Petit déjeuner délicieux avec des produits du terroir, confitures d un producteur locaux délicieuses, crumble maison, croissants et pain délicieux... Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel!

Très bel établissement, tenu par un couple vraiment sympathique. L'hôtel est très joli avec une décoration soignée et apaisante. La chambre est très confortable avec une belle terrasse. Un charme incontestable sans ostentation, décoré sobrement avec goût et âme, propre et bien tenu et merci d'avoir gardé les clefs au lieu des sempiternels morceaux de plastique répandus maintenant! On sent dans la chambre que la bâtisse a vieillie et évoluée, qu'elle est en vie, dans son temps sans renier le passé, j'y ai perçu beaucoup de respect et de tact et de soin dans la rénovation, passé la découverte, reste l'apaisement, le calme et le bien-être. La pièce de manguier qui tient lieu de bureau à la réception est SUBLIME, produits locaux et maison extras au petit-déjeuner, servi avec attention, avec une mise en place pleine de détails (combien de fois vous-a t'on posé la question pour le beurre?), que dire de plus, Mesdames, merci de votre accueil, de votre sourire et de votre bienveillance, se sentir bien, se reposer et avoir envie de revenir, c'est cela que j'appelle une bonne "Maison".

Prestations indignes d'un quatre étoile

Accueil exécrable, tabourets en plastique ébréché en guise de tables de chevet, lampe défectueuse,petit déjeuner prétendument " à volonté " alors qu'il faut faire appel au serveur pour la charcuterie ( salée et très bas de gamme ), jus de fruit industriel. Appellation "parking " usurpée. il s'agit en réalité d'une allée de gravillons , en pente , sans bande blanche de limitation à l'arrière de l'hôtel, dans laquelle il est recommandé d'accéder en marche arrière sous peine de rayer sa voiture et où seules trois voitures peuvent entrer.

L'hotel est très bien meme s'il se trouve dans une zone peu attrayante. Cependant, le centre ville ancien est accessible très facilement en 8-10mn de marche. L'accueil est très bien, les chambres très jolies, soignées et avec une jolie déco. Le petit dej, propose des produits locaux, super aussi. Je recommande!

Du potentiel si petits réglages effectués

Nous avons séjourné pour une seule nuit , l’accueil,la propreté et salle de bain et les draps de bain au top, ils sont en tête de la liste. Petit bémol : il manquait un coussin dans la chambre . Notre chambre était en sous sol , les parties commune escalier pour s’y rendre étaient trop sombre . Et sa terrasse en plein vis à vis du parking , une déception pour nous qui pensions être en étage lors de notre réservation .
