"It was terrible. Since it was raining for 2 days. The roof was leaking in room 77 and our clothes and electronics were wet. As I'm speaking, my laptop is damaged.
Before we were booked for room 72, and that room didn't have internet network as well as a refrigerator hence they moved us to room 77. It was bad !!!"
"I arrived and they didn’t know that I was staying over. I had to check in to the hospital the next morning and there wasn’t even toiletpaper. I left immediately and booked into another place. Personnel at gate was super unfriendly. I lost my money because virtual agent wasn’t able to refund me. Will never use this app to book again."
