"Hotel was fully booked when we arrived, some mistake maybe because of Expedia or hotels.com. That should not be my problem to find out whose problem it is. It was us, a family of 4 who could not trust the booking system. However mistakes can happen, not the end of the world. However it took more then 4 days to speak to someone to start looking into refunding the stay. The hotel was contacted on a daily basis but never replied. Be careful when booking, make sure they really have a room."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Lala Argana! The house is beautifully designed, very cozy yet modern. Communication with Hanane was always quick, and he was extremely helpful in making sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. It was a bit tricky to get there, but was not a big deal. Just a reminder that during the summer, temperatures can be quite high compared to Essaouira, so it can get pretty hot at night!Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a very peaceful stay in...

Riad Chbanate

10/10 Excellent

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Chbanate. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but what truly makes this place special is the exceptional staff. A heartfelt thank you to Hisham, Gregie (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name), Samira, and the entire team. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, and the Moroccan tea was some of the best we had during our trip. An amazing Riad in a perfect location for exploring and enjoying all Essaouira has to offer. Faoud, Juliet and all the staff are wonderful people. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt welcomed and cared for. The rooms are so charming and comfortable and terrace is an experience on its own. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We can’t wait to visit again. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had!
