"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

"Very nice small hotel. Great amenities and would be very comfortable for an extended stay. In room kitchenette and comfortable clean beds. Right on the highway so roadway a bit noisy (pretty quiet 11pm-6am though) Our room was right across from the check in room and could hear all conversations from that too. I think a set of ear plugs would have fixed the problem. Close to shopping and medical. Will stay again if needed."
"We booked a standard room and found out it was very tiny. The bed took up over 50% of the room bathroom was right next to the bed and it was not anything like it pictured in their website."
"The staff are attentive, professional, friendly. Restaurant and bar is great. Beautiful place.
Parking is easily available, though cumbersome to pay separately via QR code and credit card. Bathroom fan is always loudly on when light is on."
"Carol has an amazing place by the lake which is cozy and homely. Very friendly, accommodating and goes above and beyond to help.
The breakfast was great. The other guests were amazing and friendly. Some of the best conversations :) Sadly we were there only for 1 night. We are definitely going to visit again, when in Alaska"

"BED BUGS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst hotel I've stayed in my lifetime. We have date, time, location stamped photos + video evidence of multiple bed bugs in this hotel, our bites, and medication we needed to treat them. However, the hotel refuses to believe they have bed bugs, and shows zero concern to our issues. They confirmed our photos are of bed bugs, but deny they were taken at the property. We had to vacate the hotel at 2:45am, as there were no more rooms available. We were not provided any assistance from Wyndham, other than we can pay for another hotel and "hope" the original property compensates us. There's been no reply from the property or Wyndham, after over 1 week of creating our case. They do not care. Since then, they've also told us they issued a refund for the stay, but it's not true. Avoid this hotel!
Aside from bed bugs:
- Room was dirty and had dirt and marks on window pillow coverings
- TV wasn't working and found it was unplugged (Why?)
- Entire 2nd floor hall was very hot, and room heat was even hotter... We later realized bed bugs hate heat, and likely why it was over 95ºF in our room at first
- Broken down vehicles in parking lot, with flat tires and broken windows
- Hotel back door didn't lock or even latch closed
- Breakfast offering was a few yogurts, a few oranges, some slices of bread and bagels, and a couple small boxes of cereal. If you weren't there for 6:30am start, you missed everything and it was not replenished with more"
"Best Western Lake Lucille is a very lovely property. The staff were all very friendly with dining tips, activity ideas and snacks. The hot breakfast was great and sent us off for the day with treats for snacking. Our lake view room was standard in size but had a beautiful view of the lake and freshly manicured property. The Chop House was a little pricey but the appetizers and pub grub were tasty and filling. The restaurant was closed on our second day (Tuesday) which was a little disappointing. Overall loved it!"
