Explore Harvard, Kendall, or downtown Boston with ease. The Space: Welcome to this beautifully designed 3-bedroom home in the heart of Cambridge. Perfect for families or groups, this space comfortably sleeps 8\. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and have access to separate full bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a full bed and an en suite bathroom. There is also a full-size futon in the common area for extra sleeping space. Both bathrooms are on the first floor and equipped with showers (no tubs). The location was ideal - an easy walk to campus with convenient access to groceries, restaurants, and other amenities nearby.The unit was comfortable and clean, and the property manager was excellent and very responsive to our questions. We experienced some low water pressure in the kitchen, which they offered to address, though we ultimately didn't need service. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing simple meals, and while the cookware could use some updating, it was perfectly adequate for a short-term rental.I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to noise from the upstairs unit. From 6:30-8:00 AM and again from 4:00-7:00 PM on weekdays we could hear a lot of foot traffic. During our weekend days, the activity continued throughout the day. The walls are thin, so footsteps and voices carry clearly. On our final night, it was especially noisy. For the price point, the noise level was disappointing and affected our stay.Overall, this is a well-managed property in an excellent location, but potential guests should be aware of possible noise from neighboring units. ##### Jeffrey B. Comfy memory-foam type mattresses on the beds, with soft linens. Shower in shared bathroom is tiny and would not be comfortable for big-and-tall gentlemen (or ladies). Only problem was that upstairs neighbors (over the bedroom with ensuite) have children who ran around noisily in the very early mornings. If you are a sound sleeper, or have to get up early anyway, this won't be an issue, but otherwise you are guaranteed to be awakened each morning by the pitter patter of (heavy) little feet! ##### Jennifer G.
