Really clean space with a cozy vibe. Everything worked for us during the stay and the location was convenient. The walls were super thin so sound definitely travels but overall a safe, and comfy stay!

The house is homey and has all the amenities of being home (except for cooking, only microwave). Dan was very nice and helpful. Easy walk to subway and Boston, things to do around the house. I’ll definitely stay here again.

This is basically a student share, where you will get a room from a kid off for the summer, with shared bathroom (clean enough, but towels provided smelled moldy, so we went out to but a new one). One bed was missing a top sheet, and bottom sheet looked wrinkled, which made us worry about clean sheets. The cleaning lady was very helpful and polite and assured us it was. The kitchen was very clean - but only good for coffee. All warming up food or cooking discouraged. Rooms and hallways could use a fresh paint job, it just felt unkept. Neighborhood felt safe. We did get approached by someone selling stuff in the corner one night, who got upset at us when we ignored him and started yelling obscenities. Mall area near by has plenty options to eat. It seems to get rowdy at night. So if you’re backpacking or you are VERY comfortable with subpar facilities this is a good choice..

Mattresses weren’t good quality. Breakfast wasn’t actually included. Only some stuff in the fridge if you call it breakfast. Early morning before leaving, was having my own breakfast, cleaners came in around 8:30 start cleaning. Although they keep saying that I continue my breakfast, how could I?
