Not in a good area, non working appliances and cable
No working stove, refrigerator, appliances, or cable. The lights keep shutting off. Its location is like 5th ward Houston. No wifi and if it has a washer and dryer it would have been in the basement. It was clean. All the rules....too much. Overall I would not rent there again.

Our stay was pleasant, I had come with family for a weekend visiting The East Coast. The space was clean and phots were accurate to the listing. The power did go out one night, but the host replied quickly and we were able to resolve the situation. The host was very quick with communication which was appreciated.As a heads up, we weren't aware the space is on the third floor with no elevators (could have been my oversight when booking the space), so be prepared to bring up all luggage up and down the stairs. Overall, it was a comfortable experience.
