The positive reviews are deceiving. I felt like I was going to be apart of a crime scene staying here. My door to the hallway wouldn’t close without me having to kick it. When it would finally close, I couldn’t get it back open and had to request assistance each time because the handle was jammed. The bathroom door had a hole in it. The tiles in the shower had a huge crack. Expedia showed they serve breakfast but they did not have breakfast this morning. I was told to go to Dunkin by the lobby attendant LOL. And you can hear the guests in the next room over as if they’re in the room with you. Spent my night listening to some man open up cans of whatever and burp loudly over and over lmao.

A budget very basic but clean establishment with friendly staff. Nowadays don’t expect anything fancy if all you would like to spend is under $200 per night. The hotel served our purpose of safe accommodation with a king size bed which was surprisingly comfortable, a shower, and a free breakfast. It is quite a ways from the Boston Logan Airport, cost us over $70 USD to get to hotel and roughly $40 USD to Harvard from the hotel.

The air was let out of my two left tires as i was parked right outside the front doors in a handicap spot, the staff didn't seem to care, i had to call AAA to help me. The room was dirty and the beds had no blankets on them only 1 sheet and a coverlet. The front doors have no automatic button to open them for a walker and no one helps open the doors. The housekeeping leaves their carts in the middle of the hallways so it's difficult to pass by them. Overall i did not see any consideration for the guests

The view was amazing! The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent, even though our forks were dirty at dinner the staff immediately replaced them. They had fun activities at night in the bar area, although I would suggest allowing the hotel guests to be admitted for free since they have already paid for rooms and it was open to the public which is rare. The outside of the building may look old but the inside is very nice and kept clean. Even though the hallways did smell like an old folks home at least the rooms didn’t. The shower was amazing! Great water pressure and got very hot. Overall it was an excellent stay and we had a fun time.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. They have an on site restaurant that has many items and the bar had drinks. The weekends they have live bands. Very close to Salem and Cape Ann and Boston The outside area was nice with a fire pit and lake views

All three nights we were there was live music blaring until 12 midnight. The maid service didn't make the beds, empty the trash, or clean the room any of the three days. The remote would not turn tv on or off. The hotel is on a side of a lake, though we had a view and there was places to sit outback, we couldn't because on the eave outside our window there was a hornets nest the size of a basketball!
