"Our group of five adults spent a long weekend in October 2026. The home was exactly as described in both words and pictures. The entire home was well appointed, and everything was easy to find. The kitchen had all the items we needed as well as complimentary coffee and tea. The entire unit was spotless. There were several sitting areas and plenty of room to lounge. We used all five beds, all of which were comfortable with extra pillows. There are a number of cozy throws available to use while curled up on one of the decks or in front of one of the fireplaces. Thank you, Wayne and Pat, for the opportunity to stay at your lovely home!"

"The house is huge with a unique layout. There was plenty of space for our family gathering of 13. The kitchen is well stocked and has very nice appliances. The views of Lake Superior are spectacular. We enjoyed fires by the lake. We hope to be back again next year."

"Incredible place to stay on the North Shore! My husband and I absolutely loved everything about this place! Right on Lake Superior, and a little path across the road takes you right down to the lake shore. The sunrises on the lake were phenomenal! The host has thought of everything you may need in this clean and quaint little cabin. It is small, but for the two of us (and our dog) it was perfect. Castle Danger Brewery is 0.5 mi down the road. This location is great for whatever you want to do on the North Shore. We're so glad we found this during the Fall colors. This one's a gem!"
