Bordeaux Mérignac center, independent studio 20 m2 plus veranda of 10 m2\. very quiet. shared pool in season. free street parking, Netflix TV, Prime video League 1, Molotov TV, autonomous access according to hour  
  
combined with   
independent studio with bathroom and separate toilet. The main room includes a real double bed (new bedding to start with 2023!) with its coffee table and floorlamp.  
The kitchenette includes a kitchenette equipped with electric stove, oven and microwave, Nespresso machine, top fridge, range hood and everything you need to cook and eat.  
the bathroom is composed of a shower and a sink cabinet with mirror.  
the entrance is through the veranda where you can enjoy the softness, from the first rays of the sun.  
Linen, hand towels, toiletries provided. Extra Pool Towels  
The space  
cozy accommodation with large window door equipped with electric roller shutter. the accommodation has a kitchenette equipped with oven and microwave, fridge top, hood and hob, Nespresso coffee maker. The living area includes a table and a desk with its armchair. You will find a two-door wardrobe and a very comfortable double bed 140 x 190 cm (new bedding to start 2023!), 2 pillows and a nightstand and a bedside lamp.  
the bathroom with window offers you an Italian shower, vanity with mirror and toilet. Toiletries offered.  
in summer fan, mobile air conditioning in case of high heat
