El hotel está a una parada de Tram del aeropuerto, súper conveniente. La atención en recepción fue excelente, el check-in fue súper sencillo y el chico mexicano, muy agradable, platicamos un poco y me explicó todo lo que tenía que saber sobre el hotel. El cuarto es pequeño y tiene todo lo funcional para pasar un par de noches ahí. El área se ve segura y yo personalmente no escuché ruido. Solo estuve una noche, pero no hubiera tenido problema en quedarme más. El check-out súper rápido y nuevamente el chico de recepción dio un excelente servicio.

15 min flat walk from the terminal building. I arrived after reception had closed but there was a machine with several languages to retrieve my booking and dispense me my key. Clean and perfect for a stop over night.

Chambre au calme et propre, réceptionniste très accueillante, établissement très proche de l'aéroport à 1à minutes à pieds, parfait pour prendre un vol tôt le matin, mais le petit déjeuner est servi un peu tard pour ceux qui voyage tôt donc nous n'avons pas pu le prendre. Parfait pour 1 nuit

Smashing little hotel, great value.
Only stayed for 1 night when were arrived and another night before we flew out of Bordeaux. Served its purpose, nice little motel type hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean with a comfy bed and a great shower. Did what it said on the tin and would use it again. Great value for money.

Handy hotel for the airport.
Everything really good. Only issue we had was getting in to the car park. The entry gate was closed and only opened with a key pad but were didn't know the number to open it. Fortunately some one else arrived who was able to open it for us.

Lots of construction in the area and unfortunately we arrived on Easter Monday, which we were unaware was a bank holiday in France so the hotel was closed between 1 and 3pm. We hung out in an outdoor seating area til they opened up so glad it wasnt raining. Good dining nearby (Au Bureau). Room was small but well appointed, comfy bed. We actually walked to the airport from here with our luggage as it only took 18 minutes

Good clean accomodation with comfortable bed, pillows and facilities. Easy check in with automated machine and friendly staff the next morning when purchasing drinks in the breakfast room. Would use this chain again, but would bring own tea/coffee next time knowing it has a kettle and limited supplies.

Service was poor.
There was nobody on call at the hotel when i got locked out my room. If it wasn't for the kindness of somebody to lend me some tools I wouldn't of been able to get back in my room till 6.30 am.

In easy reach of airport and bus service into Bordeaux. Very good price and perfectly adequate for a short stay to or from a flight. Breakfast was very good value, staff were helpful with registration and all enquiries.

Disappointing.
Booked a comfort room as we knew this was a budget hotel, however photo of room looked fine. However room was tiny, not a bit like the photo. Bathroom minuscule. Breakfast was poor, even when a fresh tray of croissants were brought out they were cold. Receptionist had to check out guests, man breakfast, and look after a new team member. Being an airport hotel not the best representation France, Only saving grace was that Au Bureau restaurant was within walking distance.

Staff can make all the difference
The original receptionist at check in was rude. The lock on the door was faulty and we had to climb up and down flight of stairs with luggage to sort it out. The room was very good and spacious enough for our two large hiking backpacks and ourselves. The parking was good. The night manager was excellent and very helpful. A really good pub with foodthat was open until midnight a short walk away was a godsend.

The location is perfect if you have to stay close to airport. It is very convenient if you arrived at night time,very late ,tired . It is just two stops by bus from airport. If the bus not available, 3 min by taxi. The room is very clean. Bed is big and comfortable. The receptionists are very polite and willing to help. When I checked out , I asked the receptionist(french lady) to call to my booked aparthotel in the Bordeaux , I do not speak French, to ask them about possibility to come and leave my luggage in recreation until check in time(3:00 p.m.). She spoke English very good and was so kind call them ,waiting for respond during 7 min, talked to the about me. We had result. I am very grateful for this help and attitude. Gleb Boutorine (CANADA)
