The location of this "hotel", if we can call it one, is the only positive thing about it. We arrived and there was nobody at the check in. After a long trip and with 5 suitcases we had to wait 4 hours for the check in to open and get the keys. We had nowhere to go and we had to stay at the restaurant next to it. Immediately after we pointed out to the lady at the check in (after 4 hours) how unsatisfied we were, we found out that the lift was not working and that our room was on the last floor. The rooms have a small kitchen so we decided to eat there rather than at the restaurant. What we found was that there weren't enough plates, forks, cups even for two! Moreover, they did not clean the room during our stay - not even emptying the bin!
Due to all these unexpected inconveniences, we animatley discussed with the lady at the check in and we then required to talk to the manager. The manager had an arrogant attitude and when he was told that it was unacceptable that the only lift was broken, he acted in a very rude way asking us what he could have done and saying that he couldn't fix it himself. He did not respect us as clients and only after a long fight he accepted to give us a small % of money back.
I would never ever reccomend this place to anyone, it's better to spend a little more and be sure of the service and kindness. We were very unsatisfied and angry.
