A great place to stay in the middle of a dense residential area of apartments. However, the accommodation is excellent, clean and the staff are very friendly and professional.

Lovely hotel
Loved our room. Spacious and comfortable. Very quiet. Brilliant to have BBC 1 and 2 and C4 on the TV as we didnt go out every evening and were there for 4 days. Lovely staff and great breakfast. Only fault is 1 lift for 5 floors was a pain at breakfast and checkout.

This is a new building, excellent secure free parking, good room size for the price, bistro in the evening and good breakfast. Anyone looking for a walk can cross the motorway and walk for several miles alongside a drainage channel into countryside

Beautiful Bordeaux
It was a pleasant experience. The staff is accommodating. On our last morning we left very early and the young man and young lady from the kitchen made sure we got some coffee and croissants. The housekeeping was good but inconsistent, somehow they had problems with leaving enough towels and toilet tissue. Management always came to the rescue. The breakfast was good but very repetitive. The room was comfortable. It was nice to be able to sleep with an open window rather than air conditioning from an upper floor. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the tram to Bordeaux. You could take the 32 bus, except for Sunday's, to the tram. The tram system is one of the best in Europe. Make sure to visit St. Emilion and Arcachon by train. Very memorable places. This hotel is a few years old in a very diversified neighborhood. In general, Bordeaux residents are very polite and friendly. The city is extremely beautiful and very walkable. To see and do just about everything it takes no longer than 10 days. Lots of great restaurants. Try Chez Melodie and Mouelleuse et Persilles great food and service but you must reserve.

Excellent service. I left something in the room and they were very helpful in getting it back to me. Breakfast was an excellent continental. Room was very clean. Parking has secure gates. Felt very comfortable staying there.

Good option to visit Bordeaux
We chose this hotel for our visit to Bordeaux. Convenient location to avoid the traffic, leave the car in the free parking of the hotel, walk 13 minutes to the lightrail station that leaves you in downtown Bordeaux within 20 minutes.Breakfast included in the price was good.

We love everything. The Staff especially at the reception when checked in. She was so wonderful. Very accommodating, helpful, and very friendly. She was very efficient and patient. The downside, the airconditioned is being controlled at the back office. If you're hot, you need to request first, but it was all good coz' she immediately turned it on. I totally understand the idea of controlling it so it was all good. we had a pleasant stay, very clean and smells good, hotel is fairly new. We love the fact that they provide DOVE soaps, love the brand so it was awesome. Thank you all and well done.

Great stay!
It was a wonderful experience. 5 minute access to train station where you can park for 5 euro and avoid dealing with city parking and traffic within the city. Parking for hotel is enclosed and breakfast is good. Highly recommend.

Was a good location, easy to reach Bordeaux with the car and also a strategic point for all the wine regions. I felt like they were understaff, at the check in was only one lady trying to take the phone calls, do the check in, and the concierge. Also for breakfast was only one lady doing the service, one morning at 10:00 the buffet was nearly empty. I cannot fault the workers but the management can do better. Overall a good value for money.

Great english speaking staff. Breakfast doesn't contain warm meals, only cold foods. Rooms are big and equipped with electric kettle, hair dryer, ironer. Rooms are quote big and clean. Hotel is on the border of the city, so not much traffic, but no public transport near.
