The 100 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, two reversible heat pumps (one in the living room downstairs, one in the upstairs hallway) providing cooling throughout the house when bedroom doors are open, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, and a game console. A pool table is also available. A baby cot is provided.



Enjoy sunny days on the patio with a barbecue. Public transport is within walking distance. There are a few free parking spaces nearby, but availability is not guaranteed. Street parking is free from Friday 7 p.m. to Monday 8 a.m. Paid parking is available 150 m from the house.

Normal use of all amenities is included. Fees may apply only in case of obvious waste (e.g., heat pump with windows open). The property must be left clean; otherwise, a fee may be charged.
