« Westgate Woods resort is a great place for families to spend a weekend away however, my family did not get to enjoy the two televisions within our cabin due to Sutton outages but overall, I give an 3 Stars… just wish you all would upgrade your appliances and add more ways to charge our electronic devices as what was available to charge Our devices was also outdated. »

« Everything you need is right there on the property. I paid extra to stay closer to the waterpark area, and I think that's the way to go if you plan to go there often or have someone who can't walk a lot. The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining everything, and the rooms were pretty nice. We bought their package that included a room, 2 shows, 2 mini golf games, go-karts, gift cards, and waterpark access. The shows were entertaining enough, but all my kids could think of was going to...

« Not happy that the jacuzzi tubs in rooms have been removed but still show up in the pictures. Alot less appliances in room then before. Dvd player is no longer in room and the bed feel like you are sleeping on bricks. Been coming for years and always loved it. Disappointed in what they call upgrades. Then the hot tub was broken and not working. Super sad. »

« The room was very clean. The beds were acceptable. The property is old and feels cramped into the lot. The bath water was nearly muddy. Rust color tinged with an odor. After the tub drained, there was a layer of rust color sediment on the sides and bottom. Inadequate hot water. This property is listed as a resort, but there is nothing “resort like” about it. »

« We didn’t receive any info about check in. Poor communication from host. Was given the address and we couldn’t find it. The place with that address was a different hotel. Had to call and finally cancelled. »
