The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the AC. It was nice and cool when we arrived and all afternoon. However at night it got quite warm and it did not work when we adjusted the temperature. The fan did not kick in no matter how low we turned the temp. This happened both nights.

This was our 1st visit to Boone and was a little nervous - but the hotel was clean - the king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in - in quit some time. We were there for the races and to be that close to the track was great. I will return Thanks Cindy

Breakfast was hot and good selection. Staff was amazing. Room excellent

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Would stay again!

Our room was excellent, clean and well kept. The bed was really comfortable, and bath amenities were excellent. Despite the hotel being nearly full, we didn’t hear any hall or other noise! The breakfast had a good variety of food options as well. We travel to Canada regularly, and will make this our return stop from now on.

The hotel itself and the hotel staff were excellent!
