« This was my 4th trip Wilderness Club Big Cedar. Its a great place, just my timing was off, since the resort planned parking lot resurface, which forced us to drive into the resort the back way. Not really a big problem. The resurface smelled really bad. Some renovations were going on. Lot of hammering and racket. I brought my JBL bluetooth speaker and blarred music in my room to drown it out. I would go back, I'd just call first and ask if there is renovations going on. »

The property Manager was very nice and when we got locked out because my son thought the bottom lock needed to be locked like at home he was very nice and with hesitation came up and helped us. He is very quick to respond to your questions. Thank you for another great stay. 2nd time staying at these condos our family loves them. What would have made it better was if they opened the hot tub. »
