« Be cautious when booking here. The property sits right next to train tracks and close to a highway, so the noise is constant and very loud—don’t expect a restful night’s sleep. During my stay, someone even tried the door handle, apparently attempting to enter the room, which was pretty unsettling. Since the property is self check-in with messaging only, there’s no staff on site to address situations like that. They do provide plenty of ear plugs, which says a lot, but oddly only two cups of...

« so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do. as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests. »

"Le prix est attirant mais effectivement arrivé dans la chambre on comprend le pourquoi du comment : une odeur insoutenable de tabac froid, le sol colle aux pieds, il y a des amas de poussière dans un coin de la chambre et les serviettes sont tachées. Un homme drogué mettait de la musique à fond juste devant la fenêtre, et le responsable a menti en nous disant que toutes les chambres étaient pleines, nous avons du revenir 3 fois à l’accueil pour avoir une nouvelle chambre. "
