The unit was clean, layout was functional and living area/kitchen very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the back screened in porch and leaving the doors open to enjoy the breeze & listen to nature sounds. The fenced in back yard made letting my dog out so easy. Laundry was convenient and they had all the little extras, which is a very nice touch. The owner popped by to make sure we didnt need anything and he was so friendly and polite. Our host , Steve Sims , was very responsive and accommodating.The place was ready a few hours early and Steve welcomed us ahead of check in time. Much appreciated after 2.5 days traveling from Michigan. We were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit, a dish of candy ,water in the fridge, and a bag of ice in the freezer. Everything you need for a day at the beach was available for use. Beach chairs, beach umbrella , coolers and beach towels.
