He also got us two new pillows. The screened in balcony was spacious with a great view. The location was good. The big problem was the jack hammer noise during the day except Sunday from the close by building as well as from a unit on the other side of our building. The description of the unit did include “some” construction noise but we didn’t ask enough questions and did not expect jack hammers. We do suggest newer bathroom linens. We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach everyday! Easy to book, easy to check in, very nice views, and it had everything we needed. Some older finishes, wall art and kitchen items could be updated to enhance the stay but all were serviceable and functionable. While we were there, we did feel like we had to close the patio door during the day because of the noise of the repairs being made on the building next door. Something to consider as it may be awhile for the work to be completed. The best part was access to the beach and the sunny, warm weather of SW Florida! ##### Teresa T.
