The master bedroom boasts a king bed and direct walk out access to the Lanai. The master bathroom offers a double sink, private toilet area, separate tub, and a walk in shower equipped with two shower heads - shut the door and enjoy a peaceful night sleep or connect to your streaming services on the smart tv before dozing off. The two guest bedrooms in the back of the home offer queen beds and come equipped with smart tv's and closet space. The bedroom to the left has direct walk out access to the lanai. These rooms can be shut off from the living room with a sliding pocket door and have a full bathroom with walk in shower right in the middle of them. Each bedroom does have its own door to close for privacy. The bunkbed room towards the front of the home includes a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, it also comes equipped with a pull out twin trundle bed, smart tv, and has a half bathroom right outside the door. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ 2.5 bathrooms total. The master bathroom includes a soaking tub, double sink, and walk in shower. The kitchen was great. Very well equipped. The master bedroom suite was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great (3 very important criteria for me!). The house in general was very clean. The living room was well laid out and comfortable. The pool was clear and the water temperature was perfect. The overall location was great. We could (and did) walk to to two local restaurants. The beach was less than 2 miles away (but parking is a limited). We drove to Barefoot Beach which is very nice and has more parking. Lots of grocery store and convenience store options!A state park (Lovers Key) is close by and has a beach and nature walks. Wi FI was inconsistent. It was blazing fast but it went out too often. The host had Xfinity come, but they said it was a problem upstream. To the credit of the host, he arranged for a hot spot that helped considerably. ##### Paul P. Séjour de 6 nuits en février 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Kim E. 4 janv. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Family Christmas in Bonita My family of four, my sister’s family of 5, and our mom and her boyfriend all spent time together during our trip. For most of the trip, we only had 8-9 people and fit great. It was workable when we had all 11 of us, but a bit tight. The kids bunk room was great, as was the master and the main living space. The two other bedrooms worked for our purposes, but are on the small side.Host was great and responsive, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Great location to the beach and to Naples! ##### Kim E.
