Ficamos hospedados pela segunda fez no hotel. Os funcionários sempre nos atenderam muito bem, desde a chegada até a saída. A única observação é em relação a geladeira do quarto em que ficamos. Ela estava com a borrachinha desregulada. Mas do mais ficamos bem satisfeitos. Parabéns a vocês pelo atendimento. Sucesso em 2021. Obrigada!

O quarto estava cheio de cupim! Um nojo. Eu não acreditei que tive que ver bicho voando e se arrastando por tudo. Ficamos 2 noites, quando chegamos parecia tudo limpo e normal. No segundo dia voltamos para dormir e tinha muito mais muito cupim no banheiro inteiro. Nunca mais!

- As cortinas do quarto são claras demais e sem nenhum tipo de blackout, assim, se quiser acordar um pouco mais tarde, não será possível já que o quarto fica todo claro! - O quarto fedia cigarro, mesmo havendo uma plaquinha de aviso de proibição de fumo logo na entrada do quarto. - Fiquei por 3 diárias e somente na última houve limpeza no quarto e troca de toalhas etc. Ou seja, só tivemos o banheiro limpo na última noite de estadia. - O chuveiro do banheiro tinha um “vazamento” e ficava pingando água gelada. - O horário do café da manhã era até as 10h, e chegando às 09h/09h20 para tomar, já havia acabado a maioria das coisas tanto para comer como para tomar. Nos 3 dias, faltou café, talheres, pratinhos, frutas. Ainda foi avisado para as moças que estavam servindo o café que as coisas teriam acabado mas nada foi reposto.

Péssimo café da manhã.
O hotel é bem antigo. Portas da sacada não abriam direito, cama afundava de tão velha, box do banheiro minúsculo, mal cabia uma pessoa. O pior de tudo foi o atendimento no café da manhã. O horário do café vai até às 10:00, mas as 9:30 já não tinha mais ovo, além de outros itens. Quando questionei se teria reposição, a atendente da recepção e a cozinheira falaram que não iriam fazer mais, pois já estava perto das 10:00. Ou seja, você tem que fazer fila bem cedo no café da manhã, se quiser comer. Pois os itens vão acabando e não tem reposição e acaba ficando só a sobra...
