And.the new manager.I think he called simon Thank you for the birthday drink. Was a little disappointed with breakfait was all very dry. And it's usually really nice. And it was Only 10 o'clock. "

"Room was fine , nice pillows and duvet. Ouside areas untidy. Menu was small. Breakfast was top notch. Swimming pool nice addition. For me the rooms and corridors look a little tired. Bathroom spotless but also dated."

"We had a really wonderful stay. Everyone was so welcoming from reception to Refuge bar staff, even the lovely guy constantly cleaning the walk ways. Jazz in the Refuge was an unexpected surprise along with the signature clock tower scent. "
