"I highly recommend Buoy Haus - my wife and I just stayed there for five nights for our anniversary. The grounds are immaculate. Our room felt like a luxury cottage with two porches and all the expected comforts. The pool service was excellent (thanks Princess!). All of the places to eat (Sugarfin, Isla Blue, etc ) were excellent. We did not even leave the resort during the week because we were so relaxed and Buoy Haus staff made us feel at home."

"Wow! If your looking for views, private accommodations, for a great price this place was amazing! The view of the ocean when you walk through the door is breathtaking! The condo was very clean, had charming decor, and has all the comforts of home. Our hosts were even gracious enough to leave us some complimentary snacks in the fridge to hold us over until we could grab some groceries. They responded very quickly and professionally when I had any questions and were very willing to assist in any way they could. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with items you would need on a beach vacation, but would have a hard time packing in a carry on suitcase for air travel, such as heavy beach towels, beach bag, sunblock, hair dryer, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and dinnerware you need if you want to cook for yourself, or you can go to one of the local restaurants recommended by the host (we had an awesome experience with everyone we tried). One of our favorite amenities was the pool, just steps away from our door. It overlooks the ocean, similar to an infinity pool with plenty of seating to just enjoy the ocean while reading a good book. Highly recommend renting a car during your stay, it made it so much easier to go around the island and take our enjoying our adventures. A perfect rental for a couple to get away and enjoy the beauty of the island. I can't wait to visit again!"

Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2bath in beautiful Bolongo Bay

"The location is fabulous. I added a picture of the ocean view. We listened to the ocean waves all day and night, it was so relaxing. The balcony was a great place to eat or relax to the sounds of the ocean waves. The unit is a little dated but that’s just cosmetic. I would agree with other reviewers the a/c units are a bit loud but they make earplugs for a reason. We never contacted the host during our stay, but I have let him know of some maintenance items he may want to address sooner rather than later. The unit had everything we needed to cook and store leftovers which was very appreciated. We also loved the vegetable peeler, so we’re going to purchase one like it.The pool is fantastic and the complex was pretty quiet. We saw the maintenance crew out daily cleaning and repairing things.We ate at Mims restaurant and although it is a bit pricey, food was in general, even at the grocery store. We also ate at the Oasis bar located down the beach. It had great BBQ chicken pizza and reasonable prices.We drove to the other side of the island, which is a lot of winding around narrow roads on steep hills, and my hand is still tired from gripping the door. We stopped by one of the beaches, Hull Bay Beach, and as we were leaving saw a doe. I added those pictures as well. Overall, we enjoyed the unit and found it to be in a great location."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Frenchman’s Breeze. The minute we walked in I could feel myself relax. The view is incredible and you can’t beat the waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. Snorkeling right off the beach was great! The driveway is a little daunting at first but you do get used to it. Tressa was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This place was such a beautiful location thats its unfortunate I didnt have anyone to enjoy it with and had to cut the whole trip short due to a family issue. The balcony view offered a beautiful to wake up to and sit peacefully at night and look into the distance from. The hosts were friendly and very responsive and my first experience in a VRBO property did not disappoint. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials, although I left everything untouched and ate with friends who were staying at a nearby resort elsewhere."

"Dream vacation of a life-time! The property is as described, and then some. The home was spotless! The pool to die for! The view - majestic! Our hosts - perfect!Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay. Weather was perfect and there are many things to do in Charlotte Amalie. There were many amenities that were very much appreciated (i.e. beach towels & chairs, coffee pot, a good selection of pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, and plenty of kitchen towels. There is a washer/dryer for use, an office area if you need one. All bedrooms are king beds with separate air-conditioning units, that kept us cool during the night. Each bedroom had a large slider to the porch with a view to die for. We could see the cruise ships coming and going and the evening lights from our porch were beautiful.We enjoyed one special dinner night where we hired a private chef [Ultimate Chefs] that was one of the listed recommendations from our hosts. This dinner was the highlight of our stay. LeAnne and Beige from Ultimate Chefs were engaging and very professional and the dinner was awesome! If you have the opportunity to enjoy this villa, I would highly recommend it. Our hosts, Melissa and Juanda were responsive and very friendly and accommodating. There is a notebook full of great information and helpful suggestions. Go! Do It!"
