Come and stay in a quiet apartment that is the second floor of our country home that is located on 12 private acres. This is a convenient location at family friendly Bolivar Missouri that is 1 mile from hwy 13, 4 miles from the hospital and 5 miles from SBU. We are a 20 minutes drive from Stockton Lake and 30 minutes from Lake Pomme de Terre. This is a spacious three bedroom unit with each room having king bed and a walk in closet. The two bathrooms are nice with shower/tubs. The bed linens were soft. The bathroom towels were soft and plentiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, pots, pans, and even a waffle iron! There is even a washer and dryer! The entertainment included access to Netflix and Hulu as well as a Wi-Fi password for high speed internet access. Bryan and Kyla are very friendly owners and eager to help if you need it. They had several friends over late one of the nights we stayed but we could not hear them upstairs so insulation is solid and almost sound proof. The drive into Bolivar takes just a few minutes and getting on and off Hwy 13 is very simple. This location is private, comfortable and convenient with friendly, helpful owners. ##### Betsy B.
