"My gf and I enjoyed our stay overall! Pros: The hotel is very Aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. Inside and out. Staff was great. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Cons: The little side lights on the bed didn't work. The tv worked for like 10 minutes and after that was never able to get it back on. The shower water pressure wasn't the best and the water gets all over the floor due to how the shower door doesn't seal shut. I'm not sure if this happens all the time but I booked a room with a king bed but when we arrived at the hotel to check in, KiKi at the front desk mentioned to me that she had to give me a room with 2 queen beds because the King rooms were sold out but the system was allowing people to still book King rooms. Turns out we realized like after a day the beds we got weren't even queen beds, they were full size lol. My cons list was rather lengthy but we really enjoyed the stay. The cons were minor inconveniences however did keep me from giving an excellent rating but we would stay there again!"

"The staff was polite, professional, and accommodating. The comfort level of the room was great. The ac was cold, everything was exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Since we were planning on staying 2 nights, it would have been nice to have 2 mornings worth of coffee in the room without asking, as we did not opt for the buffet breakfast in our reservation. Worth noting, there is an ice machine on floors 2-4 but not on the first floor, so you will need to ask for an ice-bucket fill at the on-site restaurant. On our first day, we were disappointed with the hot tub as it was not working properly, but the pool was refreshing. When we tried to use the pool the next day, it was so crowded and loud (obviously with one large family group), that we did not feel comfortable intruding on their pool time. They took up the space outside and inside the pool, so we opted to stay inside instead. Note that the construction nearby does not allow instant access to the other side of the I-35 (Buc-ee's and adjacent restaurants) and that was one of the reasons we booked this location. There are a couple work-arounds for this issue, so be prepared depending on where you plan to venture. The location was great for a quick trip to the UNT campus and DATCU Stadium parking lots (within 10 minutes)."
