An AMAZING House and Neighborhood!!
We had such a beautiful time in this house and neighborhood! The house was even better than the pictures showed and we were all so comfortable. There were 6 adults and 2 kids and we all had plenty of room to have private time or be together. The neighborhood was even better than expected as well. It is so easy to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. I especially loved how close we were to Camel's Back Park and the beautiful trails. We absolutely loved this house and will be back again!

Family Holiday
We stayed there for a family holiday. It was a great place to gather, share meals, and relax around the cozy fireplace. We loved walking the neighborhood as well.

Perfect house!

We enjoyed our stay at Grey Gable. The house has a great floor plan. The area is beautiful and a great place to get out and walk. We enjoyed the back patio. The management was very responsive anytime we contacted them.

Our daughter was getting married and we had a large group that needed somewhere to stay for the weekend and we were lucky enough to find this home! It was incredible!!! We had 7 guests, we used both bedrooms upstairs, both downstairs and another person slept in the tv room downstairs. This is definitely one of the nicest houses we’ve ever stayed at! Everything was so beautiful! The home was clean and well appointed, they even left a welcome gift! Nobody in the house wanted to leave and everyone stated their desire to live there! We would definitely highly recommend the home and would stay there again anytime!

Amazing house!

Perfect Family Home
We were in town for my son’s wedding , a very small affair with only close family so we booked the Grey Cable for me and my husband, my parents my sister and her husband along with her two grown children and her son brought his girlfriend so we booked the house for 9 of us! A few days before the wedding we found out my brothers 2 daughters decided to come last minute bumbling us to 11 people, no problem but we packed a blowup bed just in case!! When we got into town on Wednesday night we were very impressed with the house. It has a great layout with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and an incredible master bathroom shower we all loved!! Then on Thursday afternoon our Brother surprised all of us by showing up for the wedding, we thought he could not make it due to work but last minute he was able to catch a flight out so with some room switching we made 12 people fir very comfortably!!we had a great time in RBI’s house. It was perfect to through all the twenty something kids in the basement with the TV and the house was big enough everybody found areas to chat and catch up!! We were able to walk to Hyde Park for Dinner and Ice Cream. It was perfect. Only complaint was the frig was kinda dirty, no big deal and the bottom drawer ‘‘twas busted. Also, the dishwasher was broken, we were left a note saying a maintenance guy would be by on Monday but we got there on Wednesday night so that really didn’t help us but we had enough people that we just washed dishes because we did eat a lot of meals at the house, it’s just to expensive to eat out with the 25 family members we had for the wedding so we cooked and everyone came over and ate. We would book this house again in a second. We loved it!!

Amazing home in Boise
This house is amazing! The neighborhood is great and short drive to downtown. The house is actually much larger than the pictures show. Very clean and had everything you could need. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home close to everything Boise!
We were in for a wedding and had multiple venues to go to throughout the week. Each one was never more than 15 minutes away. The house was immaculate and spacious. The only reason I did not give it five stars was that the wi-fi not work as stated in the welcome book. I had to do some work and had to connect to my personal hotspot.

Yes, this is a beautiful home and great location. This is the first time anyone has had a problem with the WiFi. We’ve looked back at all of our communications and didn’t see mention of issues not being able to connect. Had we been contacted during your stay when the problem arose we would have addressed right then. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay!!

Quiet, cozy, North end location
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was quiet & comfortable for eight of us. The description says it sleeps 10, but there are only beds for 8 people if your sleeping two per room. Bedding was soft & pillows were good. We would definitely stay here again!!

Warm, upgraded and beautifully appointed property. Our family stayed here over Christmas while we were visiting other family members. My 90 year old father in law (who never travels) couldn't get over the little things like cotton balls and Qtips in the bathroom! He made me write that :) Having a 2nd bedroom and bathroom on the main floor was awesome for him so as not to navigate stairs. Wish there had been a TV in the bedroom for him but for us it was perfect just having the TV room downstairs. The Master Suite and Bathroom is amazing. We loved the neighborhood and would definitely stay here again!

SUPER terrific home. Everything was updated and immaculate. We were seven women for a reunion, and there were plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms, plus a beautiful kitchen; the entire place is so comfortable and the location is perfect. This vacation home shows heart and effort in every detail. We were so happy there regarding every detail! We highly recommend this home for a terrific stay.

This property was amazing. Exactly as advertised, in a great location, close to restaurants and attractions. They really made you feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, towels and linens fresh and clean and white! Special makeup towels was a great touch. Kitchen equipped with everything. So grateful to stay in this special property. We will be back!!! ITrip even accommodated an early check-in for us and a nice welcome basket!!!

Amazing property!
We had rented this house for my 30th birthday weekend celebration and it was so worth it! The property was in a perfect location and matched the photos on the listing (possibly even better!). Beautiful well appointed up to date home it the historic Hyde Park Area. Very clean, comfortable beds, amazing landscaping. Would highly recommend. I only have one suggestion for the owners, the backyard needs a gas grill.

A wonderful turnkey experience. The Grey Gable was fully outfitted and immaculate. We enjoyed our time dining in Hyde Park, skiing Bogus Basin, and hosting our family for dinners. We will come again!!

Beautiful home in a great location
We enjoyed our recent visit to Boise and felt right at home in the Grey Gable property. The location was perfect, close to many interesting sites. We enjoyed walking to neighborhood restaurants and shops, and typically we had 5-10 minutes in the car to get to many of the fun locations to enjoy with our children.

Very comfortable and modern home located near Hyde street’s coffee shops and restaurants in the North end of Boise, a fairytale neighborhood. This home has everything you need to cook a meal and has a fun tv room in the basement and a nice sitting room in the front of the house. There is also a relaxing footed bathtub.
