"The lock on our room door didn’t actually lock. Had to change rooms because they didn’t understand the issue. Check your door!"

"The hotel was clean, room was quite comfortable. A continental breakfast was included but the food did not taste good at all. I don't think they used real eggs - they tasted fake (watery) and tasteless. The coffee was also awful. They did have fresh apples, muffins, OJ, instant oatmeal and DIY waffles. Convenient location and parking was good unless you were arriving late at night, which, in that case, be prepared to park in another property's lot and walk a distance to the hotel entrance. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in driving distance of this hotel. All in all, a decent stay."

"The location was excellent and the beach was beautiful. The restaurant food quality for breakfast was incredibly poor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean except the coach had stains all over it. To be able to just wake up and view the sunrise from your balcony was 10 stars."

"We booked a reservation online and it was confirmed, only to arrive at the hotel and be told that the desk attendant had cancelled it because she believed the hotel was full. We asked her to confirm and she rudely told us she was the only person there. When we inquired about different room types that may be available, she told us there would be a significant cost increase. She was extremely unhelpful and we ended up booking at another hotel. "
