« Séjour du 25 juillet au 1er Aout 2025\. A mon arrivée le vendredi à 16h la chambre n'était pas faite. La femme de ménage, me dit de revenir 15 mns plus tard; A mon retour je constate que seuls les draps et serviettes ont été changés : le ménage n'a pas été fait.(voir photos). Beaucoup d'appels à la réception qui n'est pas sur place J'ai eu des personnes différentes à chaque fois qui ne communiquaient pas entre elles. On me certifie que le ménage a été fait! On refuse un remboursement (non prévu...

« Chambre avec coin cuisine avec peu d'éléments pour cuisiner, mais cela nous a suffit Coin salon très sympa avec vue sur la ville PK au sous sol avec peu de places, réservation obligatoire à faire avant petit déjeuner très complet et achalandé régulièrement petite bémol : hôtel avec bcp de chambres donc bcp de monde au PDJ vers 10h les tables ne sont pas desservies rapidement environnement moyen (hangars / port) mais il y a un ferry qui part juste en face pour le centre ville, traversée rapide...

« The hotel looks like a thriller movie from the 80's... but i don't mean that it's wrong )) It's much better that lots of hotel with no soul nor spirit. It was clean, efficient.. Just 2 points : no parking.. you have to pay 10€ a day with easypark app + the wall are cardboard thin..and my neighbour was snoring.. :) »

"Breakfast was very weak and by no means to the standard expected in a hotel of this level. It was even way below other breakfasts from Radisson in other smaller towns like Malmö where the room is half the price. The scrambled eggs are likely from powder, the half boiled eggs are cold, bread options very limited, coffee not good. Apart from that, the hotel looks great, rooms are immaculate (though could add some herbal tea bags as I wouldn't take Earl Grey in the evening), bed extra confortable. The lights in the room are a mess with a good 7 or 8 buttons to push near bed, half of them not working, and those working not turning anything off. I had to get up and manually turn off lights here and there before sleep... then do it the other way once waking up. Equally, when everything is on - the only place where there is actual light is the entrance. Very strange in the nordics where half of the year there's barely any outdoor light, and if you spend some hours working from the hotel room you basically work in the dark. "
