You get what you pay for...didnot realize it was shared bathrooms... and room old dirty looking though it was clean. Ok for the price only.

Price is for shared bathroom type and they are never clear about it. Awful smell of cleaning chemicals. Soiled sheets, unchanged, with hairs. Insulting scam. For the price of the private bathroom you can find much better.

Me fue super bien la atención excelente, pero había una persona muy servicial que era de Venezuela si no estoy mal de nombre Margarita, atenta, pendiente de la habitación y el huésped, como los horarios de las comidas, muy a gusto realmente con Sary hotel

la habitacion es demasiado pequeña no tenia ninguna vista para el que sufre de CLAUTROFOBIA es terrible no se cuenta con ningun espejo dentro de la habitacion para un mauillarse debe salir a un pasillo . como es un edificio de apartamenos todo a sido reducido demasiado .

Me molestó que la cocina no podía usarse y el dueño nos mandó a decir que no la podíamos usar… no tuvo el valor de decirnos el mismo! No volvería a este lugar nuevamente…. Los empleados excelentes… pague 1 habitación para 4 personas y me dieron una para 3 sin rebaja!

Es complejo no tener un baño propio

Hemos estado en Sary House varias veces ya y en general es cómodo y práctico para nuestras actividades en la zona donde se encuentra. Sin embargo, el hecho que las habitaciones no tienen baño propio es a veces un inconveniente. En ésta última ocasión estabamos alojados en un piso donde sólo había un baño y un huésped estuvo dentro de él por mas de 1 hora.

QUIEREN EL CLIENTE PAGUE DIRECTO NO HOTELES.COM

Mi experiencia no fue la mejor, lo reservé para un cliente, cuando llegó le dijeron que la reserva no estaba disponible por error del sistema y tuve que acudir a la plataforma de Hoteles.com para que me ayudaron porque el cliente había que acceder a una tarifa doble para poder obtener una habitación, ya que no conocía bogota y habia tenido que esperar por 30 minutos afuera, y el señor HENRY todo grosero responde que al client eno lo habian obligado entrandole la maleta o forzandolo, una manera grosera de repsonder isn reocnocer que es OTRA FORMA DE FORZAR AL CLIENTE DICIENDO QUE LA UNICA DISPONIBILIDAD ES UNA TARIFA MAYOR
