Great little hotel

I was only here a few nights but I had no complaints. The staff were very friendly. My only complaint would be there is a park nearby and it can get very noisy at times. I swear some guy was playing electric guitar for hours one day. It could be a total fluke just something to consider

Excelente infraestructura, ubicado en una muy bonita zona residencial, todo el personal muy diligente y atento para ayudar en cualquier momento, estacionamiento privado y seguro, excelente la limpieza de todo el edificio y de las habitaciónes, aunque el desayuno no presenta variedad de comidas lo que ofrecen es fresco y hecho al momento. Recomiendo a ApartaEstudio Los Andes al 100%. Gracias

They cahrge me an extra tax fee on check out desoite my room being prepaid with expedia. Had I been notified of these charge in advance I would have booked another hitel that was a little more but less than the extra charge and this hotel would not have charge me an extra tax fee.

Hotel para un par de noches

No hay servicio de limpieza los domingos. El servicio de restaurante del hotel no tiene convenio con el hotel para pagar la alimentación en el check out. Las sabanas no estaban muy limpias (en nuestras estadías hemos observado cabellos de huéspedes anteriores). Es un hotel bueno para pasar un par de noches.

Cómodo pero puede mejorar

En general bien por el precio que se paga. Muy buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo y silencioso. La puerta de mi habitación y la de al lado estaban descolgadas, por lo que había que tirar fuere de ellas para abrir y cerrar y por tanto causando un fuerte golpe. Me quedé en una habitación con dos camas sencillas, salita, baño y cocina con nevera y microondas; la habitación es cómoda. Los marcos de las ventanas un poco sucios (posiblemente por construcción cercana). El desayuno, incluido, un poco desordenado en la atención. No tenía toallas en el baño cuando llegué, y me tocó insistir para que las llevaran. Justo cuando me iba a bañar hubo una falla en el agua caliente, pues decían que un taxi había roto la tubería del agua caliente (4 horas después todo ok.). Las personas que atienden son amables. La caja de seguridad es con combinación manual, por lo que hay que esperar al administrador del hotel para que te dé la clave (es el único que la tiene) - No pude utilizarla pues no estaba el encargado. El internet está Ok. si no te funciona bien el del piso en que estás, prueba conectarte al de otro piso.

Very nice and complete hotel

I liked this hotel a lot. Very good value for the price. Nice room with Netflix and smarttv’s. The reception guy had a little problem finding my reservation so check in took a while but they were all courteous as can be. Nice quiet location. I think the breakfast could be changed more each day but it was good.

nada recomendable la verdad desayuno miserable

completamente distorsionado las fotos de la realidad en cuanto a la habitación y no anuncian que te hacen pagar entre impuestos y seguros más q una noche de estadía y ni hablar del desayuno que por cierto la aplicación no me da la opción de subir la foto para q vean lo triste q es ese desayuno q barbaros y todavía me cobran por una botella de agua mas de 2 dolares la verdad no vuelvo y jamás lo recomendaría nada q ver
