"Our stay at Isle of ViewThis home truly has beautiful views and a unique “treehouse” feel. The owner, Marcus, was very responsive and helpful, especially when we had a minor issue with the elevator.However, the property did not fully match the condition shown in the listing photos. The outdoor areas appeared less maintained than expected, with some disrepair and missing items. Inside, we noticed several cleanliness concerns, including dust in multiple areas and items in the refrigerator and pantry that were expired. There were also a few maintenance issues, such as misaligned stove knobs and some minor safety concerns.Overall, we still had a pleasant visit and enjoyed the space, but we felt the home could benefit from more thorough cleaning and upkeep to match the expectations set by the listing. We would consider returning if these issues were addressed."

"The air conditioning was icy cold which was nice but there was no WiFi, I was booked for six days but they would not provide me with any towels unless I called and asked for them then they grudgingly gave me two which I used that night only to be left with none the next day when they cleaned the room. "

"Everything was really beautiful There is no staff at check in so when I couldn’t find the message containing the code to get in I had to call and had to leave a voicemail. Thankfully I did finally find it because I never did get a call back. Otherwise a beautiful property close to the square and abita cafe which was amazing "

"This is a beautiful property that has some areas being renovated thus were under construction. The pool was not available for use due repairs. My room window shade was broken and could not be pulled down to block the light. Though I had the above mentioned issues, my overall experience at this hotel was good. I would definitely use this property again."
