"What truly makes this hotel special and sets it apart is, without a doubt, the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. We traveled with our children, who have food allergies, and the staff showed such genuine care and consideration for their needs. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. The front desk staff were equally wonderful. They took the time to show us around Seville on a map, explaining the different areas and places to visit. It was especially lovely to see our children so engaged as they listened to the explanations and explored the map. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many beautiful hotels around the world, but this was the first time anyone had taken the time to do something like this for us! It was such a simple yet thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely welcomed and special. It is the kindness and warmth of the people that make a hotel truly memorable, and this hotel is a perfect example of that. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful!"

"We spent 3 nights in Hotel Don Paco and we really enjoyed it. Amazing location just 10 minutes to Las Settas and many amazing historic places. My daughter really loved rooftop swimming pool, it was so relaxing with a breathtaking view of the city. Really recommend this hotel for families. We can’t wait to visit this hotel again soon."

"Great hotel, excellent location with the neighbourhood providing authentic, buzzing restaurants and bars. Better than staying in old town imo, which is only a 15 min walk anyway. River room views, rooftop pool and an amazing rooftop bar overlooking the river and city. Cocktails could be better but the views more than make up for it."

"The property is in excellent condition very comfortable and modern. However, the reason I don't give 5 stars to everything is because I have a problem taking the baggage up from the entrance by trying to use the platform lifter. I tried to follow the instructions but they were confused , so at the end I have to do it by using the stair but I have a mobility rest There is nobody around to help you sort out I run out of battery on my phone so I was unable to get entrance until I found someone to help charging my phone"
