"Charming hotel newly renovated with extremely friendly and efficient staff. We communicated with hotel by email and what’s app before booking and they were immediately responsive and upon check in were ready to accommodate with smiles the requests we’d made for room location. We Booked a premium terrace room and assigned #111 which had interior patio that offered great place to sit away from the busy streets and made a big room feel like a huge suite. Loved the bathroom great rain shower and tub and double sink vanity. Other reviews noted noise issues in the rooms. We found that The building is older with tile and brick floors, so we understandably could hear walking in room above us at times, and staff were milling about early in morning, and even though we are very light sleepers, it wasn’t a problem with using a white noise phone app when going to bed. Our room didn’t face the street so there was no street noise. Location was fantastic, close walk to everything but on more quiet side street. Absolutely would stay here again. Highly recommend. "

"A great hotel in a nice location , a pleasant 10 minute walk to all the main attractions. There are busy local bars down the side streets as you walk towards the river and the historic attractions. Beer and wine is very reasonably priced in the local bars. Rooms are clean. modern and the beds very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is also good with a wide selection of breakfast options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is ideal for afternoon sunbathing and refreshments from the bar. Overall a great place to stay."

"We were very excited to arrive only to find a room full of dust and outdated amenities for such a modern looking structure. The HVAC/ac system must have filters that have never been changed since the hotel opened. You clean any surface and within seconds it’s full of dust. I became very ill due to the lack of well filtered ventilation reasoning for my leaving the hotel early. I also now have a rash on my face and my mother on her legs. The phone was so dirty upon arrival we asked reception if it can be cleaned and no one ever came. We had to wipe everything down ourselves. Very disappointing stay and the team didn’t seem empathetic or cared to do anything to help. Would not stay there again."

"Excellent location. On border of old town and short walk to main tourist attractions, shops, bars, etc No on street parking, but underground paid parking available only meters away..... Charges about 20 euros per day."

"We were most impressed by the hotel, staff and facilities. Sunday night local restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurant so the bar was swamped. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed. Suggest you open the restaurant or extend the eating area in the bar on Sunday and put on more staff. To save on plastic and card packaging suggest you do not put plastic combs and razors in the room but put a sign saying toiletry items are available on request."

"Lovely hotel in a great location and we just returned from our second time staying there. The rooms are huge with a lot of storage (though we got a premium room again). Beds are so comfortable and it’s very quiet so we had a great sleep. Bathroom and toiletries are lovely and housekeeping excellent. Weather wasn’t so hot this time so we didn’t visit the rooftop pool as we did last time. Love the coffee and sweeties available too."
