"Great little spot close to river and a short drive to lake"

"Excellent breakfast"

"Love this hotel."

"The cleanliness, amenities, and friendly staff"

"Nice"

"This lady was very rude. She called me from the room phone to ask me if we had dogs. I told her no and she proceeded to yell on the phone."

"Everything in general good!!"

"Had a quick trip out to Lake Whitney for a visit. Needed a place to overnight and found this place. Worked out for our needs. It sits out about 10 minutes east/northeast of Whitney on some caliche roads. Was peaceful and relaxing after a day of running around. Nice view and quiet. Bed comfy, a/c worked great (a bit of noise but nothing out of ordinary), and nice big bathroom area for small unit. Had small kitchen stuff with coffee bar, microwave, and small frig. Can't really cook but...

"Clean room"

"Nice get away for the weekend. Place was nice and clean, we’d most definitely come back!"

"The wife loved the Texas charm , depending on the direction gps will send you a different place. The host explains how to get there. If you’re on a long white country road you’re on the right track ."

"Was a good place to stay"

"Clean and staff very nice"

"This place was amazing quiet, cozy, and the view was beautiful. Will definitely book again for future stays."

"Very gracious host"

"My husband and I were visiting cleburne, Tx for the first time and we were kind of tight on budget to book a hotel and so I chose this one and it was great. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, staff friendly and professional."

"Excelente"

"We stayed there 15 years ago and it was a lovely experience but most if the fun things have been eliminated (i.e. zip line, barn dances, food). It's pretty isolated with no food available at the location but a real good cafe in Grandview (R&K) for meals. Hayliegh the office person was very helpful."
