« Great communication with Kelsie! The home was so Clean, it smelled amazing. Nothing like the fresh scent of a clean home. Kelsie was Great, she even let us all 3 pets stay on thd property, understanding of the situation and short notice. Beautiful home, inside and out! »

« Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 2 nuirs, mais à l'arrivée, 1 chambre etait au rez-de-chaussé et l'autre au 1er étage, on nous a répondu que l'hôtel etait complet....de plus , la chambre du 1er étage n'a pas été faite le 2ème jour. Le petit déjeuner du 1er jour etait très limité. »

« The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good. I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. Personnel inexistant .. nous n avons pas vu 1 seul employé... pour le check in les clés sont posées sur le comptoir avec un plan Propriété pas entretenue : chemins bourrés de trous, saleté, toiles d araignées, ronces Chambres sales : taches sur le lit. Tapis de douche sale Cafards partout! Nous avons du partir en pleine nuit apres en avoir trouvé dans nos oreillers !!! L endroit etait désert et abandonné digne d un film d horreur. N y allez pas »
