"The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but everything was stocked and fresh and tables were routinely cleaned. Room service was completed daily upon request. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet location. "

"Chose hotel for parking as we were pulling a car trailer. There wasn't any truck /bus parking as stated. We had to park on the street. Bathroom was so dirty and disgusting. Mat in inside of tub was dirty, falling apart and slimy. Needed to wear shoes to take a shower. Breakfast was cereal and over ripe oranges and no decaf. My advice is to keep driving!!"

"Room was clean, but in need of a severe update. Door to the bathroom was very narrow and the tub faucet leaks. The jetted tub was amazing after the desk personnel fixed the plug….it wasn’t holding water. Water pressure was very bad for hot water and took forever to fill the tub. No handles to help you in or out of the tub and no anti-slip treads on the bottom. Elevator was broken my entire stay, so had to use the stairs. Pool was not ready for use because of the time of year. Looks small and in a very small area. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall was a decent stay. Felt safe in the area and location was good. "

"Customer service was great and went above and beyond. Breakfast is great. Convenient location to store and hospital. Came in for spine surgery at Lutheran and booked this hotel for the pool (just wanted to relax in it and swim before major surgery) and it was closed, which made me tremendously sad. They said it was only for the day because they had to add chemicals, but it was closed the next day and my husband couldn’t use it. Other than that it was fantastic and will be using every time I go to Fort Wayne."

"I have stayed at this hotel previously and haven’t had any complaints. This time, we needed a handicap accessible room and I was quite disappointed with the bathroom facilities. While there were plenty of grab bars in the shower and around the toilet, having a walk in shower would have been much better. Unfortunately, when I inquired about a handicap accessible bench to use in the shower, I was told that the hotel only had 1 and it was in use. The room was quite comfortable otherwise. Thank you."
