« Very convenient location. Fantastic view from the expansive covered porch. Very clean and well appointed inside. We stayed here just before closing on a new house in the area, and the convenience and layout was perfect. If we had been here on leisure, I can see how this cottage would also be perfect for exploring the nearby national park and wine country. Communication with the host was very prompt and helpful. They even went out their way to help me retrieve a small item I left behind. ...

« The home was perfect for our visit.We were in and out all weekend but really appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies, the comfortable beds and the hot water levels. We were able to relax in the spacious living room and spend some time on the little outdoor areas. We would stay again but if the group was much bigger there may be issues as there are only bathrooms on the first floor. »

« Such a serene, inviting cottage! We enjoyed our peaceful weekend at the mint cottage. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting, and the perfect location to go explore Shenandoah National Park & George Washington National Forest. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it's easy to tell the owner takes great pride in and care of this relaxing space. The walking trails on the property were perfect for the dog too! « The cottage was so charming and homey. It was super clean and organized. We had everything that we needed! I would highly recommend staying here! If I had to knock anything which honestly wasn't a knock even would be the parking and the road. Parking on the street was a bit tight but there were no problems. It's a very tiny road. However I felt safe and really enjoyed the home and the town! The host was responsive and communicated very well! Five stars ! »

« The inside of the house was immaculate and loved that it comfortably fit a large group. It’s also very child friendly with the playroom filled with books. I can’t think of anything we needed that was not available at the house. We also loved the very rural location.The host was very responsive any time we had a question. If I am in the area again and need a home of this size I would definitely stay at this home. »
