This is my third and definitely not my last time at the Carnegie. When I tell you the staff is fantastic, I mean it. There’s a red headed girl at the front desk that is phenomenal and on the ball, but every staff member is exceptional. They are accommodating, the place is lovely and it is the perfect location for anyone needing to be close to the university. Restaurant and bar are great too. I will always choose the Carnegie when. I’m in Johnson City. Also, try a facial at the spa, fantastic.

Fabulous Hotel! Great breakfast, big rooms, and immaculate throughout. Wonderful if traveling with or without children. I would stay here again, without question!!

Loved the resort, rooms were very clean and spacious with lots of light. The swimming area was fabulous with a large pool, slide and an area of lounging chairs in a shallow pool. Great to have a host that you could order food from and drinks during the poolside. Restaurants , longe and bar were just lovely. Would come again. Only thing I could highly suggest: You need more pool umbrella's as too hot to sit in that heat during the afternoon.

Great hotel, loved the downstairs bar, shuttle service was much appreciated. Highly recommend the Restoration for your stay in Asheville!

This hotel is in a great location. It was very clean with spacious room for 4 of us. There were people cleaning all the time. The pool was great for the kids. Restaurants very close by
